Load In
4:00pm STRICTLY.

Parking
Parking is available in the Shades car park area. If you go down Thomas Street on the left hand side you will see 2 boom gates. Go to the gate on the left side and buzz reception and tell them who you are. I will let them know to expect you and they will lift the boom gate for you.

Unloading Equipment:
From the car park you will go in through the glass sliding doors (again you will need to buzz through to reception) there is a lift which will take you up to reception and the Shades area is just on the left as you are coming out of the lift. This will be the easiest way to un-load and load all equipment.

Volume
The Club has requested that the volume not be too loud. The Club wanta to create a good atmosphere for local business people to come for a few drinks after work on a Friday. The Club still want patrons to be able to hear each other speak. Please note that the Clubs Manager on Duty has final say in regards to volume. If you are asked to turn it down bya manager please follow their instructions.
