WHO ARE WE?
We are a Sydney based Music Agency with over 20 years industry experience working with venues and bands.
WHY ARE WE DOING THIS NOW?
The Covid-19 pandemic has decimated the live music industry across the world, and particularly in Sydney; with the high costs of running venues, performance oppourtunities are scarce in a post pandemic environment.
We know that regional Australia LOVES rock n roll, and we are connecting bands and pubs to create a viable and mutually beneficial touring circuit.
We want to get bands working once more and provide regional pubs with some great rock n roll!

WHAT COSTS ARE INVOLVED?
A guaranteed fee/rate for the band
Provide accommodation for the band performers
Any marketing/social media costs to promote the event
WHATS A BAND GOING TO COST?
Prices for bands range from $3000 - $10,000 + GST
Prices are affected by;
Travel Required (bands are Sydney based) and production costs
CAN I RUN TICKETS TO OFFSET THE COST?
Yes!
We suggest a ticket price of around $15 - $30 depending on the cost of the band and any specific venue/local area demographic factors.
Venue keeps 100% of all tickets sold, and we can help you set up ticketing through our ticket provider.
Or run it as a free open to public event, the choice is yours.
WHAT DO I GET?
A fully costumed tribute band
2-3 hours of classic hits from the band, split into 2 x 60 minute sets
Production provided by the band
Band will pay for all travel expenses
Promotional elements for marketing purposes, including video, images, logos and bios
WHAT DO YOU NEED?
Space in your venue for a band to set up - around 6m x 4m of floorspace.
A stage (preferable but not essential)
Preferably an indoor performance space.
Outdoor areas are OK as well, as long as there is adequate protection/cover from the weather!
SMALL PRINT
Bands are travelling from Sydney so a date is dependant on there being 2 shows on one weekend.
This can be at the same venue or a venue in a non competing location/area.
Having 2 shows will keep the cost down and make it worth while for bands.
CANCELLATION POLICY
28 days or more from event date - 25% of guaranteed fee payable by venue
7days - 28 days from event date - 50% of guaranteed fee payable by venue
Within 7 days of event date - 100% of guaranteed fee payable by venue
